Maria is an experienced real estate paralegal and a graduate of Rider University, where she earned her B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Legal Studies and Political Communication. She sits at the heart of CQ Law’s real estate practice as Anne’s right hand, supporting transactions by preparing and reviewing legal documents, coordinating with clients, lenders, and title companies, and ensuring each matter is handled with precision and professionalism.
Prior to joining CQ Law, Maria interned at the U.S. Department of State, where she conducted policy research and analysis that strengthened her analytical and problem-solving skills.
Outside the office, Maria enjoys reading history books, traveling, and staying active. Driven and dedicated, she aspires to attend law school and become an attorney.

Jhoana is a law clerk at Carrasco Quintana Law, where she assists the firm with real estate transactions and estate plan drafting. She supports the timeline of real estate transactions through communicating updates to the parties, reviewing title searches, conducting inspection negotiations and drafting closing documents. For estate planning, she drafts wills, powers of attorney, trusts, and related planning documents to fit the client's needs.
Jhoana is currently a third-year graduate student at the Quinnipiac University School of Law, where she will graduate in May 2026. She obtained her Bachelor's degree at Fairleigh Dickinson University in 2023, where she dual majored in English and Government.
As a first-generation college student, Jhoana is committed to providing clients with reliable support throughout their real estate and estate planning journeys.
Outside of work, she enjoys baking with chocolate, reading medieval literature, and volunteering with the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program.

Robert is a graduate attorney from Peru with a strong foundation in civil law and a commitment to continuous professional growth. Before joining CQ Law, he practiced in multiple legal areas in Peru, primarily focusing on civil matters, which provided him with a well-rounded legal perspective and disciplined analytical approach. In the United States, Robert has expanded his experience by working as both a Closing Specialist and a Liens Specialist at two personal injury law firms, developing a detailed understanding of case management, settlement processes, and file coordination.
At CQ Law, he supports the firm’s real estate practice by providing administrative and case management assistance, helping maintain organization, communication, and efficiency across transactions. Outside the office, Robert enjoys playing the guitar, working on DIY projects, and spending time with his furbabies.

Valeria Rodriguez is a graduate of Seton Hall University, where she earned a B.A. in English (Honors) with a minor in Criminal Justice, graduating cum laude. During her undergraduate years, she demonstrated strong leadership and initiative, serving on the executive boards of Adelante Latino/a, Mind Over Matter, and Student Government (Senior Senator), and contributing as a committee member for Operation Smile. She was also a scholar of the RISE First-Generation Low-Income Scholarship and the JAULI Latino Institute Scholarship. These experiences fostered her leadership development, team-building abilities, event coordination skills, and dedication to community service.
Currently preparing to continue her legal education with plans to attend law school, Valeria brings both academic excellence and ambition to her role. As CQ Law’s Administrative Assistant, she manages incoming calls, relays communications, and provides consistent support to both the legal team and clients, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Outside of the office, Valeria enjoys creative and outdoor pursuits, including writing short stories and poetry, reading, painting, and hiking. A longtime lover of nature, she has gone camping at least once every summer since the age of six.

Miguel brings extensive experience in legal operations and financial management, having worked at prominent Big Law firms including Paul Weiss, Simpson Thacher, and most recently Latham & Watkins, where he spent a decade in the finance department. A graduate of Rutgers University, Miguel began building his professional foundation early, grounded in discipline and structure. Prior to his career in legal finance, Miguel served as a police officer with the United States Capitol Police in Washington, D.C., and as a member of the 306th Engineer Company, U.S. Army Reserves, based out of Farmingdale, New York.
After a successful career in legal finance, Miguel joined CQ Law as the Firm Administrator, where he has been instrumental in shaping the firm’s vision, operational infrastructure, and strategic direction. He oversees daily operations, financial coordination, and administrative execution, working closely with firm leadership to ensure the firm operates with efficiency, integrity, and purpose.
Outside of his professional responsibilities, Miguel prioritizes health, family, and continual personal growth. He maintains an active lifestyle through consistent training at the gym and regular outdoor running. He also values travel, both domestically and internationally, particularly when exploring new destinations with his family.
